“Every year, on the 2nd Saturday of November they light the gas in the tallest order antique Fresnel lens,” the docent said.
So we went to see if we could get a photo of it and it's a good thing we did... this was the Last Time it was lit and won't ever be again! They've since taken it out and is now down in the museum in town...
