Horsetail Falls SHINES!!

Only during the last two weeks of February when the axis of the earth is such that, after sundown, IF there are no clouds in the west and IF there’s sufficient water when the sun shines back up onto El Capitan that rare little waterfall which is typically dry the rest of the year:

“Horsetail Falls … SHINES!”
